Each one of us has incredible potential to achieve peace, joy, health and greatness in our lives on all levels of mind, body and spirit. Poor diet, stress, common ailments and negative emotions all get in the way of this potential. To remove these obstacles, we need to bring the mind, body and spirit back in balance and into vibrant health.
It’s usually easiest to start with the body. But without developing the mind and spirit, one’s perspective and outlook on life and oneself, the body will keep on breaking. All three are linked. Love your body and being, they really deserve it.
I have a passion for researching the latest in mind/body medicine, and have done so for years. My other great passion and purpose in life is Yoga.
I have studied yoga since 2001 and I’m a certified Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance recognized) and have experience teaching All Levels Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Power Yoga, Basics, Relaxation and Amrit Yoga classes. I’m a certified Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Yoga Instructor. My daily yoga practice ranges from intense Vinyasa flow, to a gentler Prana Flow, Yin Yoga or if my body needs it, a gentle meditative Yoga Nidra. I’ve taken numerous workshops with prominent yogis and continue to do so to further my knowledge and understanding.

- A warm, soft breeze
- Dark Chocolate
- Hot sand under my bare feet
- Laughing with abandon
