I created this site because I believe strongly in the individual to have the power to change their own health, holistically.

Each one of us has incredible potential to achieve peace, joy, health and greatness in our lives on all levels of mind, body and spirit.  Poor diet, stress, common ailments and negative emotions all get in the way of this potential.  To remove these obstacles, we need to bring the mind, body and spirit back in balance and into vibrant health.

It’s usually easiest to start with the body. But without developing the mind and spirit, one’s perspective and outlook on life and oneself, the body will keep on breaking. All three are linked. Love your body and being, they really deserve it.

I have a passion for researching the latest in mind/body medicine, and have done so for years. My other great passion and purpose in life is Yoga.  I’m a certified Yoga Alliance recognized Yoga Instructor and currently teach All Levels Vinyasa, Basics and Amrit Yoga classes. My daily yoga practice ranges from intense Asthtanga, to more alignment focused Iyengar or Kripalu, or if my body needs it, a gentle meditative Yoga Nidra.

Other things I enjoy:

  • Sunlight tickling my face and eyelids
  • Peppermint Tea
  • A warm, soft breeze
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Hot sand under my bare feet
  • Laughing with abandon :)
