You alone know your body best. Yet, most of us have forgotten how to listen to our body and bombard it with chemicals, stress and unhealthy foods.

You alone know your self best. Yet, most of us drown ourselves in activity, stress and “duty” and are strangers to ourselves, no longer hear our inner voice and have lost touch with our “gut feeling.” Yet, you have incredible potential.

Key to Being is about:

  • using natural remedies found in the kitchen and garden to heal and keep the body healthy
  • using the mind and not letting it use you
  • achieving peace and calm in the spirit
  • feeling balance in all three: mind, body and spirit

Key to Being will help you:

  • deal with common ailments such as headaches, constipation, diarrhea, bruises, sun burn, bad breath, insomnia and more.

About me
I have a passion for researching the latest in mind/body medicine, and have done so for years. I believe in one’s ability to heal oneself on physical, mental and spiritual levels. Personally, I have utilized natural remedies for several years, and practice yoga and meditation. I will update this blog regularly, so keep checking back.
